Save the date for the upcoming 15th Annual Storytellers Conference, hosted by the University at Buffalo's Department of Indigenous Studies! The next Conference is scheduled for April 5, 2025, and will be hosted at the Niagara Falls Convention Center in Niagara Falls, New York. The theme for the 2025 conference is "Storytelling Through Art, Language, and Action," with more details to follow as the conference date approaches.Ìý
According to the University at Buffalo's webpage on the Storytellers Conference, "The annual Storytellers Conference brings together both Indigenous and non-Indigenous scholars, researchers, and community members from across Haudenosaunee territory and beyond to share their research, community projects, traditional stories, and memories of past conferences." The 14th Storytellers Conference was hosted on April 6, 2024, and featured the theme of "Knowledge in Action Across the Confederacy."
