Public Notice: Notice of Public Hearing on February 14 on Proposed Resolution Related to Videoconferencing Under Extraordinary Circumstances
Registration to Provide Comment is Required and Open Until February 10
The New York State Board of Regents (Board) will hold a public hearing on February 14, 2023 to hear all interested parties regarding the adoption of a proposed resolution relating to the authorization of members of the Board and its subcommittees, and members of all State Education Department boards and subcommittees, to attend meetings by videoconferencing under extraordinary circumstances. The hearing will be held on the 14th of February, at 11:30 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time, at 89 Washington Avenue, Seminar Room 5th Floor, Albany, NY 12234. The hearing also will be streamed on the .
Individuals may make a comment, offer testimony in person at the hearing location identified above or by Zoom during the hearing, however, registration in advance is required. 听Written comments/testimony are also accepted by mail addressed to 麻豆视频, 89 Washington Avenue, Board of Regents, Room 110 EB, Albany, New York 12234听or by email sent to RegentsOffice@nysed.gov with the subject line 鈥淐hapter 56 Public Comment.鈥 Comments must include name, contact information, including email address and/or phone number, title and institution/organization affiliation (if applicable).
Persons who are providing public comment will be given three minutes to highlight/summarize their testimony and may be asked to respond to questions from the members of the NYS Board of Regents Hearing Panel.
