New York State is revising its State Performance Plan Indicator 8 Parent Survey
Indicator 8 focuses on Parent Involvement, and states must provide data on the percent of parents who report that their child’s school helped to encourage, or facilitate, parent involvement in their child’s education.Ìý A parent survey is used to gather this information, and New York is proposing changes to improve its survey.
